Using Charadeo

Charadeo is for personal use with your family and friends, and for use in a classroom. The app, its decks, sounds and artwork belong to us. Please don't copy the decks, resell them, or take the app apart to rebuild it.

The Family Pass

• The Family Pass opens every deck. You can buy it as a monthly or yearly subscription, or once for life.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, at the price the App Store shows you.
• The yearly subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. To avoid the first yearly charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. A lifetime purchase doesn't renew.
• Apple takes the payment, so refunds come from Apple. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• You can restore the Family Pass on any iPhone signed in to the Apple ID that bought it, with Restore purchases in Settings.

Cards and content

Decks are written for fun, and the classroom decks are fact-checked. We can't promise that every card is free of mistakes. If you find one, tell us and we'll fix it.

Playing safely

You play with a phone on your forehead while others move around, so clear the space first and keep a grip on the phone. Don't play while driving.

Liability

Charadeo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, ACEFINA LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.

Apple

Apple's standard license agreement for App Store apps, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement, applies to the app too. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support.
